By purchasing fonts in this site, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and our privacy policy in their entirety and accept its contents.

The quantity of fonts purchased represents how many computers they may be installed upon. Fonts purchased cannot be distributed to other companies or third parties under this agreement.

PixelFonts.co.uk fonts may not be redistributed, modified or resold in any way without our written permission. PixelFonts.co.uk does not take any responsibility for any damage caused through the use of these fonts, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like).

Fonts may be used for personal and/or commercial projects such as websites, offline presentations and other multimedia presentations. For any kind of font embedding, such as but not exclusively, software, TV / motion pictures, cellphones and PDAs, a special license must be obtained from PixelFonts.co.uk.

These fonts are designed to work on the specific operating system for which they were purchased only. PixelFonts.co.uk does not take responsibility for the correct workings of a font that has been converted from PC to Macintosh or vice versa, or by use in programs other than Adobe Flash 5 or the latest Adobe Flash versions and/or ways not specifically designed for.

All fonts are sold on an AS IS basis. All available characters can be seen in the Pixel Fonts section and if additional characters are requires these may be supplied by special order only.

You agree that you have viewed and tested the fonts that you wish to purchase and are satisfied with the quality and that you will not hold PixelFonts.co.uk responsible in any way. Please note that although some characters are displayed in the preview of our fonts, some may not be supported by all operating systems and/or Mac.

Should there be any upgrades for fonts that you have purchased, you will be contacted via email when upgrades have been made. You will then be able to login to your account and download the fonts you have already purchased. It is understood that all fonts received by way of a free upgrade, are accepted under the same terms and conditions as stated here.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is an important part of our relationship with you.
To register/create an account on our website, (to be part of our newsletter subscriber mailing list), you must submit only your name, e-mail address and country. In addition, to purchase a product, you must submit additional information, including your address, phone number and credit card information through a secure system via PayPal. This required personally identifiable information is necessary for us and our billing processors to process transactions for you, protect you against credit card fraud and contact you.

We, will not share, rent or trade any of your information with any third parties with the exception of our billing processors.
